prerna mirani2024-06-16Visited Pinnacle hospital for an emergency with my toddler .. received excellent support from the entire team right from the support staff to Dr Parag .. everyone was very helpful and supportive and helped provide immediate and excellent care immediately … it was really a relief especially for a distressed mother !! Only one drawback was the administrative staff esp Ms Pallavi was not very supportive and a little rude too !! Hospital could work on that !! Overall kudos to the entire team !!
