Dr. Parag B. Lad is Consultant Hand & Reconstructive Microsurgeon, practicing since 2012. He has done his post graduation in Orthopaedics from Sir H. N. Hospital & Research Centre and T. N. Medical College & B.Y.L. Nair Hospital, Mumbai.
After finishing orthopedic training, he is trained with renowned plastic surgeons for 3 years in Bombay Hospital, Mumbai & Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore (TN). He has completed his hand surgery training as an international fellowship at National University Hospital, Singapore.
He has specialized training in management of simple to complex hand & wrist trauma, brachial plexus and peripheral nerve injuries, congenital hand differences, fractures in hand & wrist, soft tissues and bony hand tumors, management of infections and arthritis causing deformities in hand & wrist, local & regional flaps for composite tissue loss.
Since 2012, he has performed over 2500 hand surgeries successfully. He has presented many papers on his own clinical work in many meetings. He has been invited as a faculty in various national & international conferences. He has experienced of conducting instructional courses in Mumbai under auspices of Bombay Orthopaedic Society.
